Ingredients required for making Hakka noodles.

Raw noodles – one packet 200 gum
Water – half a liter
Salt – half a teaspoon
Soya sauce – according to taste
Red chilli sauce – according to taste
Green chilli sauce – according to taste.

Vinegar – one teaspoon
Onion – 3 large
Carrot – one
Raw beans – 100 grams
Cabbage – half
Capsicum – 2
Tomato sauce – as per your liking.

Method of preparation.

First of all take out the noodles and take water in a vessel, put it on for heating and add salt to it. When the water becomes a little hot, put the noodles in it for boiling. Check after about 5 to 8 minutes and filter all the water with the help of a sieve and keep it aside to cool.

While the noodles are cooling, add some cold water to it and filter it. After a while add oil to it and mix it gently. Cut all the vegetables in long slices and chop the garlic. Put oil on the pan and heat it on high flame and cook the first chop of garlic with chilly on it. Now cook the rest of the vegetables well. When it is cooked, add Hakka noodles, red chilly sauce, soya sauce, green chilly sauce and vinegar and add some Namak. Shake the pan for a while and mix. Serve hot Hakka noodles with sauce or Manchurian.
