Roasted chickpeas – one small bowl.
Salt – a pinch.
Cucumber – one.
Tomato – 1.
Black pepper – a pinch.
Small chopped sweet onion – 1.
Finely chopped green chilli – 1.
Make roasted chickpea chaat in this way.
Soak a bowl of outside chickpeas in water at night. Wash it well in the morning, strain it and lightly boil it on low flame. Then strain it well. Roast it on a pan. Later add chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, black pepper and salt as per taste. Mix it well. Chaat is ready.
