But, this pleasant season also brings with it many health challenges and care needs. Changing temperatures, humidity and waterlogging create a favorable environment for diseases to flourish.

So, how to take care of yourself and your family’s health in Monsoon 2025? Here are some easy and effective tips, by adopting which you can enjoy the rainy season to the fullest and stay away from diseases.

Focus on Diet in rainy season.

The digestive system becomes a little weak during the rainy season, and the risk of infection increases.

Light and easily digestible food: Avoid heavy, oily and spicy food. Eat khichdi, porridge, soup, boiled vegetables and fresh, lightly cooked foods.

Drink boiled water: Drink boiled or filtered water to avoid water-borne diseases.
