Decoding the Puzzle: A Personal Investigation into Panic Anxiety Disorder

 

 

Introduction: In the state of mental health, the enigma of panic anxiety disorder often hides in plain sight, waiting to be unraveled. I will share  a personal journey of self-discovery as we embark on the quest of decoding the puzzle that is” panic anxiety disorder.”

Chapter 1: how can  identify

Panic anxiety disorder is worse condition after some prickly moment of bit anxiety when it is on high storm  then it can  convert into somatic disorder like speedy heart beat along with shortness ,uncontrolled body balance and excessive sweating along with some uneasy warm session in the body which  need to be hospitalization. These are the special four symptoms we can identify easily-

  1. high heart rate along with shortness of breath-this is the special symptoms in which once anxiety level is  in its high means if we are on mental  condition like sudden seeking attention then its convert in somatic symptoms like high heart rate ,shortness of breath and increase of blood pressure slowly.
  2. Frequent urination -according to body atmosphere body its self try to control the symptoms by frequent urination in some some people it can also be different like bowel movement and also excessive craving to food in different people .
  3. yawn stage -during anxiety stage body is more active to fear and flight condition so oxygen level can be interrupt in the body tissue .capacity to flow the blood interrupt  inspite it result in repeated yawn and sleepy body .
  4. Lethargy-after excessive  loss of sweating and decrease level of oxygen in the body tissue  it become so lethargy and tired.
  5. Lack of confidence-after repeated episodes of panic anxiety disorder we can experience low level of confidence and desire .

Chapter 2:  The Emotional Stage –

Panic anxiety disorder is not just a physical experience; it’s an also emotional stage  that can disrupt the calmest of seas. Together, we navigate the waves of overwhelming emotions, exploring the depths of fear, uncertainty, and the constant battle between mind and body. Understanding these emotional currents is a crucial step in the process of self-discovery.

Chapter 3: Analyse with somatic condition-

This condition can be identify easily but major issue is this that how I can differentiate that is there panic anxiety disorder or any other major diseases.it should be analyse properly with advised investigation by medical practitioner and physician .once its clear that all other investigation is in proper limit value then it can be cure by a proper guidance of psychiatrist or psychologist .

Chapter 4: The Power of Reflection

A personal investigation is incomplete without reflection. We pause to ponder, introspect, and reflect on the moments of panic and anxiety. Through this self-examination, we begin to connect the dots, unraveling the narrative of our experiences and gaining a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to our anxiety puzzle.

Through identify the symptoms, differentiate from  other diseases ,awareness, reflection, and the embrace of practical tools, we take significant strides towards understanding and managing our anxiety. Remember, you are not alone in this exploration – the puzzle may be complex, but with each piece uncovered, we move closer to a more complete understanding of ourselves and our mental well-being.
