Paneer – 250 gm
Tomato – 1, cut into 4 pieces. Onion – 2
Capsicum – 2
Raw garlic clove – 1 clove

Tomato sauce – as per your taste

Chili paneer masala – optional
Ghee and oil – half teaspoon

Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add garlic and cook it. Then cut onion and capsicum. put in pan and cook . After it cooks a little, add tomatoes and spices as per taste and add paneer and cook it well.
